Let’s face it, even though the holiday season is approaching, you probably already have enough “stuff” to last you a lifetime. This ultimately means that when it’s time for your annual extended family gift exchange or Pollyanna you end up getting something very nice, but something you could ultimately live without.
How about changing it up this year and getting your family to agree to do something different. Instead of doing the annual exchange throw all of that money into a collective donation to those less fortunate than your family. Or, do something like collecting all of the annual gifting money into a collective experience that the whole family shares together.
What ideas do you have to change it up?
