Ideas Every Day #301 – Meeting Etiquette Ratings

In the long line of ideas to try and improve meetings available on this site here’s another: meeting etiquette ratings.

Each person in the meeting gets a chance to rate each other person in the meeting, and the one who organizes and runs the meeting, on how effective, impactful, and efficient his/her meeting is.

Now the person in your office who never sends an agenda, who constantly starts late or runs over time will get lower ratings and hopefully do something about it – or just never get anyone to show up to his/her meetings anymore.
