Ideas Every Day #178 – Privacy Filter for Notepads

A simple privacy filter that you can leave on top of the notepad and when you write on it it still transfers to the notepad itself.

Is it done by a special pen/filter combination, by something like carbon paper, electronic (uggghhh)?  Let’s figure this out?
