Lots of companies, that have historically been filled with cubes and offices, are moving to open floor plans. This causes a lot of disruption for those that are use to working in a different environment.
What if there was an open floor plan survival and transition kit that companies could provide for their workers, or someone could buy for him/herself. Everything you need (headphones, privacy monitor screen, etc) to deal with the change to an open floor plan and still feel like you have some of the comforts that a couple walls can give you.
How else can you help office workers cope with changes to their physical space?
