I was part of a great conversation the other day discussing breadth and depth in a digital career and it’s level of importance or non-importance. We quickly went to trying to determine if there was a right “ratio” of breadth vs. depth for the ideal mix and I wanted to see what others thought.
There’s some rumours around the Internet on which Companies look for which ratio but wanted to know what you think makes a person most successful from your experience.
I’ll also agree that the right ratio could depend on which role, level, company, etc. we’re talking about so share the specifics too.
