Resolutions or Results, What Do You Want in 2012?

Happy New Year’s Eve, what a great day of the year for thinking about what you want to accomplish next year.  Around this time, we hear a lot of people talking about resolutions and what they’re going to do, or not going to do next year.  However, we usually never hear about the plan for how they’re going to stick to their goal.

Resolutions are fine, but if you want results you need to go to the next level.  Over the years I’ve followed somewhat of a formal process for setting my goals for the year (but let’s remember that this isn’t a once a year process, at least not if you want to be successful) and I’d love to hear about how some other people set goals and plans to stick to them.

So, share your best methods of goal setting here and in the meantime I’ll write up a post and post it in a couple days on some of the ways I’ve done mine.  I’ll add completing that post to my goal list so it has a better chance of getting done.

Happy New Year,
Matt Kane
